@sineadtrains Sinead is part of the @CiaraLondon family who’s exercise squad I belong to, and a personal trainer and mum of 2 small toddlers. She has utterly inspired me to keep moving, to be disciplined and get on with it and has ultimately contributed to how great I feel physically now. She is the undisputed queen of abs and has us up at 7.30am putting us through it with kids running across the screen which is one of the reasons I love her! '
@aineyzoin - What can I say ? I have been going within with Aine and her Sisterhood for the last year. She has taught me how to show up for my self in a way I never thought I could. I have manifested everything I have achieved in the last year as well as learning how to get rid of what no longer serves me with her. I am so grateful for our paths - she is a truly beautiful soul inside out.

Creating tutorials online, Adeola educates on how to get her signature glow look and has built up a loyal following of glow-getters. She has such a gentle calm way and is so thoughrough with her beauty explanations.
@hairbear Olivia is a professional make-up artist, beauty creator and model based in London, who has worked both nationally and internationally in Fashion, Film and TV. As well as working in creative roles for large beauty brands, Olivias commercial makeup work has been featured in UK magazines such as Marie Claire, Vice and Stylist. Known for her creativity and fresh approach to makeup and beauty, Olivia also runs a successful beauty blog and strives to inject positivity across her social platforms. She made me look gorgeous on a shoot last year too!
